Grilling Recipe #1: Ribeye Steaks & Grilled Peaches 

Juicy ribeye steaks complemented by sweet, caramelized grilled peaches scream summer. This dish is ideal for a backyard barbecue or an elegant outdoor dinner. Pair it with a fresh garden salad, roasted summer squash, or creamy mashed potatoes for a complete and satisfying meal in less than an hour.

Ingredients: 

1 tablespoon paprika 
2 teaspoons onion powder 
2 teaspoons garlic powder 
2 teaspoons lemon pepper  
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper 
4 (1 ¼-pound) ribeye steaks 
½ cup Fischer & Wieser’s Old Fashioned Peach Preserves 
2 tablespoon snipped fresh thyme 
1 tablespoon melted butter 
12 small ripe juicy peaches, peeled, pitted and halved 
Fresh thyme sprigs 

Directions: 

  1. Combine the dry seasonings and use to coat the steaks.  
  2. Grill directly over coals or a gas grill 10-13 minutes, until desired degree of doneness. 
  3. In a bowl, combine the preserves with thyme and melted butter. 
  4. Toss the peaches in this, then grill about 5 minutes. 
  5. Serve with steaks, garnishing with thyme sprigs.

Stick and tine-char siu-pepper and onion sausage

Grilling Recipe #2: Grilled Brats with Peppers & Onions 

Step up your summer grilling with these delectable Char Siu Brats. This easy recipe is perfect for when you need to pull together a dinner your while family enjoys. These brats are grilled to perfection and topped with a mix of vegetables, all coated in the sweet and savory marinade using the Stick + Tine Char Siu Sauce. Pair with coleslaw, or grilled corn on the cob.

Ingredients: 

4 oz Stick + Tine Char Siu Sauce 
4 brats 
½ cup of an onion sliced 
½ cup of red bell pepper sliced 
1 tbsp grape seed oil  
4 bun rolls 

Directions: 

  1. On a grill, cook sausage on medium-high flame until well done and remove.  
  2. Place a cast iron skillet on the grill and add oil, onions, and bell peppers to it.  
  3. Cook until almost tender and add Stick + Tine Char Siu Sauce.  
  4. Cook for a few more minutes until the sauce thickens.   
  5. Place brat inside roll and top off with saucy onions and peppers.

Grilling Recipe #3: Texas Corn on the Cob 

This isn’t your typical corn on the cob! Grilled to perfection and brushed with melted butter and Fischer & Wieser’s Sweet & Savory Onion Glaze for a rich and tangy flavor. Perfect as a side dish for any grilled meat or as a standout vegetarian option, this corn on the cob will be a hit for meat lovers and veggie lovers alike!

Ingredients: 

4 ears Corn, shucked
1/4 cup Butter Salted or unsalted, Melted
1 tbsp. Chili powder
1/2 cup Cotija cheese
Crumbled or grated
1/3 cup Cilantro, Finely chopped
¼ cup Fischer & Wieser’s Sweet & Savory Onion Glaze
1 Lime Cut into 4 wedges

Directions: 

  1. Rub ears of corn with a little butter.
  2. Grill until lightly charred on all sides.
  3. Place them on a pan and brush more butter and Fischer & Wieser’s Sweet & Savory Onion. Glaze on each corn.
  4. Sprinkle chili powder, cheese, cilantro and lime juice.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Grilling Recipe #4: Grilled Hawaiian Beef Kabobs 

Add a tropical vibe to your next BBQ. Tender beef sirloin is marinated in a blend of pineapple juice, Fischer & Wieser Hill Country Sop Sauce, apple cider vinegar, and more, infusing each bite with a perfect balance of sweet, tangy, and savory notes. Skewered with garden fresh veggies, these kabobs offer a great mix of textures and flavors. Perfect for a summer barbecue, serve these kabobs with a side of rice or salad greens for a complete meal.  

Ingredients: 

Marinade 
6 ounces pineapple juice 
¼ cup Fischer & Wieser Hill Country Sop Sauce
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil 
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar 
2 teaspoons minced ginger 
2 teaspoons minced garlic 

Beef Kabobs 
1 1/2 pounds beef sirloin tip, cut into 1″ pieces 
1 red pepper, cut into 1″ pieces 
1/2 fresh pineapple, cut into 1″ chunks
1/4 red onion, cut into 1″ pieces 
1 zucchini, cut into 1/4 – 1/2″ thick coins 
extra cooking oil for preparing grill grates 

Directions:

  1. Soak 12 wood skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.
  2. In a medium bowl or resealable container combine marinade ingredients. Whisk until well combined. Reserve 1 cup marinade.
  3. Add beef to the remaining marinade and toss to coat. Cover and marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes. If marinating longer be sure to refrigerate.
  4. Preheat grill to high and prep pineapple and vegetables. Layer beef and vegetables on skewers.
  5. Grill kabobs for 2 to 3 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked until desired doneness.
  6. Brush Kabobs with the reserved marinade when you place them on the grill and each time you flip them.
  7. Remove from grill and serve.

Whole Red snapper

Grilling Recipe #5: Grilled Whole Red Snapper 

Grilled Whole Red Snapper is soon to be your new favorite summer dish. Seasoned simply with fresh herbs, lemon slices, and a touch of kosher salt, to allow its natural smoky flavor to shine through. The highlight is the pairing with Four Star Provisions Coconut Mango Tequila Sauce, adding a tropical and tangy twist that perfectly complements the grilled fish. Serve this dish with grilled summer squash, a light salad with creamy avocado, or coconut rice.

Ingredients: 

1 Whole Red Snapper
1 Lemon cut into 1/4 inch slices
1/4 cup olive oil
1 TBS kosher salt
Four Star Provisions Coconut Mango Tequila Sauce

Directions:

  1. Heat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Rinse fish under cold water.
  3. With a clean paper towel dry off both sides of the fish, as this will help keep the skin from sticking to the cooking grates.
  4. Stuff the cavity of the fish with lemon slices, and a healthy pinch of salt.
  5. Brush each side of the fish with olive oil and season with kosher salt.
  6. Place fish on grill and cook each side for 7-8 minutes turning once until meat is flaky and can be pulled apart with a fork.
  7. Remove from grill and separate the fillets with a knife and a fork.
  8. Top fish with Coconut Mango Tequila Sauce or serve on the side as a dipping sauce.
