- 1/2 cup
Grated Parmesan (Divided in half)
- 4 Tbsp

Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Bring 8 cups of water to a boil in a large pot and add the salt.
Spray an 8”x11” baking dish with non-stick spray. Spoon ¼ cup of Mom’s Special Marinara into the dish and lightly coat the bottom.
Put 4-6 frozen tenders (depending on size) into the dish.
Cover the tenders with ¼ cup of the Mom’s Special Marinara. Top with the sliced mozzarella. Add the water and 2 Tbsp of butter to the pan, cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
While chicken is baking boil pasta according to package instructions. Drain pasta in a colander and reserve ¼ cup of the pasta water in the pot. Return pasta back into same pot with reserved water. While the pasta is hot, add the other 2 Tbsp of butter and the remaining Mom’s Special Marinara. Add half of the grated parmesan cheese and stir to combine.
After 15 minutes, remove the foil and sprinkle the chicken with the remaining parmesan cheese. Bake for an additional 5 minutes. Serve over pasta.
