Founded in 1969 from a roadside fruit stand in Fredericksburg, Texas, Fischer & Wieser has grown into one of America’s leading specialty food companies. While our products have evolved over the years, our passion for quality, innovation, and bringing people together through great food has never changed.

Our headquarters is located in historic Fredericksburg, Texas, in the heart of the Texas Hill Country.
Many positions are based at our Corporate Office and Production Facility at 411 South Lincoln Street, while others are located at the F&W Farmstead at 1406 U.S. Highway 87, including Das Peach Haus, Tha Stand, and Dietz Distillery. Each job posting identifies the primary work location.
