Fischer & Wieser's Tha Stand

Tha Stand is a Fredericksburg tradition. Open seasonally during Texas peach season- usually memorial day through labor day- the casual venue is run by high school and college students. You can purchase peaches from our orchards, fresh local produce, and Fischer & Wieser’s branded peach preserves, products and wine.
