Ingredients:

  • 4 oz F&W Dry Riesling
  • 1/2oz cream de peche
  • 6-8 Fresh mint leaves
  • Crushed ice

Directions:
Add wine and cream de peache to a glass. Fill with crushed ice and stir. Garnish with mint sprig and fresh peach slice.

Amaretto Peach Sour

  • 2 oz whiskey

  • 1 1/2 oz Dietz Distillery watermelon mint cocktail mix

  • 3/4 oz of lemon juice

  • Topo Chico

Directions:
Add bourbon, watermelon mint mix and lemon juice to a glass. Stir, fill with crushed ice, and top with Topa Chico. Garnish with mint leaves and lemon slice.

  • 1 1/2 oz of Dietz Distillery Raspberry Vodka

  • 1/2 oz orange liqueur

Directions:
Add vodka, orange liqueur, lemon juice, Cran Razz sauce, cranberry juice and ice to the shaker. Shake, double strain and pour into a collins glass. Garnish with fresh raspberries and lemon slice. 

Peach Salsa Margarita

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz tequila
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz Das Peach Haus Peach Salsa
  • .5 oz agave syrup
  • lime slice for garnish

Directions:
Shake all ingredients, double strain into a lowball with ice. Garnish with lime slice.

Roasted Raspberry Chipotle Margarita

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Blanco tequila
  • .75 oz Cointreau
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice

Ingredients:
Peach marinade 

1-2 fresh peaches pitted and sliced 
2 cups of quality peach wine 
1 cup of water 
1 cup of Fischer & Wieser Fredericksburg Peach Jam 
2 tablespoons of honey 

Skewers 

8 ounces fresh mozzarella balls 
4 ounces prosciutto  
Fresh whole basil leaves 
Wooden skewers 

Dressing 

6 tablespoons of drunken peach liquid 
1/4 cup of Olive oil 
1/2 cup Fischer & Wieser Peach preserves  
Salt and pepper 

Directions:
For marinade: In small bowl, mix sliced peaches, Peach Preserves, peach wine, water & honey, place peaches in sauce. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and marinate peaches for up to 1 hour.  
(Once peaches are marinaded.) For skewers: Cut each prosciutto into 2-3 pieces. Wrap peach slice with prosciutto slice.  
Skewer a mozzarella ball, a basil leaf, and then peach slice. 
In small bowl, mix dressing ingredients. 
Place skewers onto platter.  
Drizzle with Peach preserves dressing right before serving.  
Season with salt and pepper to taste. 

Peach Salsa with Tortilla Chips

Ingredients:
1 jar Das Peach Haus Peach Salsa
Tortilla chips

Directions:
